Ryan graduated magna cum laude with a A.A in Liberal Arts from Quinsigamond Community College and graduated cum Laude with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Psychobiology from Worcester State University. Starting in 2020 Ryan studies Behavioral Neuroscience as a PhD student at the University of New Hampshire.

Previously, he worked for 5 years as a residential counselor for UMASS Memorial Community HealthLink. In this position he worked in a high intensity living environment with dual diagnosis adults (Individuals who experience both addiction and mental illness) and served as a human rights officer.

Other work experiences includes 2 years counseling english and spanish speaking seniors and disabled individuals about medicare and medicaid. Ryan also has 6 years experiences working in the Auto and Homeowners insurance.

In his current graduate position he studies Animal Cognition.
